Women-Led
When women lead the design and delivery of health services, health systems become stronger and more resilient. This is why we prioritise the recruitment of women at all level of the organization.

Data drives quality care. We collect nearly 13,000 household surveys and track over 150,000 CHW visits a year to inform our program.

Communities voices are at the center. We hold over 700 community meetings per year to drive improvement.

Our Story
Founded in 2004 through a partnership between Togolese activists, individuals living with HIV, and American Peace Corps Volunteers, Integrate Health is built on the principle that local communities should lead in designing and implementing healthcare solutions. Four of our founding members continue to steer the organization, and over the years, we’ve evolved from providing antiretroviral therapy to a handful of patients to offering comprehensive primary healthcare to hundreds of thousands across Togo and Guinea. We’ve proven that it’s possible to significantly improve health outcomes and reduce child mortality within government health systems, all at a sustainable cost.

We continue to transform HIV care in Togo with the Ministry of Health replicating the program.
Integrate Health starts delivering quality primary healthcare to women and children in the Kozah district, serving 40,000 people.
The Integrated Primary Care Program expands to the Bassar district, serving a total population of 90,000.
We are laying the foundation for UHC by supporting the Togolese governmento take ownership of the program.
The government of Togo launches the Wezou program to provide free maternal care to all pregnant women
We adapt the program to the Guinean context and are set to advance community-led national scale and global impact.
