Pirénam has always been attracted to the noble profession of midwifery. When she learned that Integrate Health was recruiting women in her community to be trained as Community Health Workers to provide healthcare to children and women, she did not hesitate to seize the opportunity. Through this CHW work, Pirénam hopes to gain the necessary skills and competencies that will allow her to later train to finally live her dream of becoming a midwife.
