Our 2025 Annual Report is here, and we’re proud to share a year defined by resilience, transition, and growth. Across Togo, Guinea, and beyond, Integrate Health and its partners have strengthened health systems, expanded access to care, and proven that even in a shifting global landscape, progress is possible.
This year marked a turning point. Local governments in Guinea began funding community health for the first time, a historic step toward sustainable financing. In Togo, the government-led pilot of our Integrated Primary Care Program showed that quality, community-based care can thrive beyond external aid. Meanwhile, at the global level, we joined partners like Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, to advance vaccine equity across West Africa and shared lessons from Togo that are now inspiring change in the Bronx, New York.
These achievements embody why Integrate Health was created: to amplify what works, to scale efficiently, and to strengthen systems that last. As we enter our next chapter under new leadership, our commitment remains clear: to design lean, scale intelligently, and ensure that every community has access to quality primary healthcare.
