New Partnership with One Day’s Wages

Feb 4, 2014

Dear Friend,

We are excited to announce a new partnership with One Day’s Wages, a grassroots movement to alleviate extreme global poverty! One Day’s Wages will match each dollar raised to support Hope Through Health’s Pediatric HIV Treatment Program for a total of $27,787. Click here to have your donation matched today! Hope Through Health’s Pediatric HIV Treatment Program provides high quality care to children living with HIV in Togo, West Africa. Children like Farida…

Farida was only two years old when her mother passed away due to AIDS. Because her father had abandoned the family at her birth, Farida went to live with her maternal grandparents. It was at this time that her grandparents learned that Farida was living with HIV. With the help of Hope Through Health, Farida began taking antiretroviral therapy in 2009. Since then she has been healthy and has enjoyed all the benefits of a normal childhood. Now at age 14, she is in the 7th grade and loves school. Farida and her grandparents wish to thank all those who have supported Hope Through Health to care for her and children like her in Togo. We need your support to unlock the generous matching funds from One Day’s Wages. Here are 3 easy ways to help:

One day’s wages is equivalent to about 0.4% of your annual salary. But consider the impact it can have in Togo where 62% of the population lives in extreme poverty. In 2012, Hope Through Health provided comprehensive care to 152 children living with HIV for less than $20 a month per child. By donating today, you can help us reach more children and change even more lives.

Many thanks,
