Dieynaba, a community builder, a Finance, private sector and multi sectorial Specialist has more than 15 years of experience in International Development, Business Administration, Project Management. Dieynaba is the Managing Director of Integrate Health; an NGO specialized in Maternity and child health. Dieynaba worked previously in USAID programs dedicated to Entrepreneurship and Investment as well as the finance of the WASH sector. She successfully designed innovative and inclusive financing mechanisms to support entrepreneurs in different sectors. Dieynaba also supported the design of a strategy to optimize fiscal taxes for the municipality of Dakar as well as the structuration of innovative mechanisms and mobilization of mixed and pioneering funds for the implementation of structural projects for the city of Dakar.
Dieynaba has worked across the sub-Saharan region with governments, municipalities, private sector. Financial institutions and international donors such as USAID, the BMGF, the Global Sanitation Fund, UNCDF, IFC, West African Development Bank, African Development Bank and World Bank.
Dieynaba’s goal is to gather all partners to collaboratively work for the creation of successful, vivid, sustainable and dynamic communities where youth and women live in an enabling and competitive environment where they play pivotal roles. She believes in the power of networking and connecting the dots to promote women economic empowerment, and build leaders and champions that strive to lift up their communities.
Dieynaba is a great advocate of local empowerment, and is working hard with her communities for that purpose. Dieynaba is also an active member of LISCA, an international cancer association as well as COPEXCK, a local association that is supporting Autistic children.
