Emily joined Integrate Health in 2014 as part of the Togo-based team and coordinated the launch of the Maternal and Child Health pilot. Now known as the Integrated Primary Care program, it has since been replicated in four districts in northern Togo. After transitioning to the US-based team in 2016, Emily helped triple IH’s annual budget and double their personnel while serving as Deputy Director. In late 2019, Emily took a 12-month leave to earn her MBA at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. Upon completion, she returned to IH in October 2020 as Chief Partnership Officer, where she focuses on building coalitions to achieve health for all.
