I am so excited to share our Annual Impact Report with you. It is thanks to your loyal support and partnership with Hope Through Health that we have been able to accomplish so much.
I hope that you take a few minutes to read this one-page report and see the impact you have helped to achieve:
-1120 patients receiving life-saving medications
-1879 patients enrolled in care
-More than 50% of households receiving regular visits from a Community Health Worker
-100% of children in our infant prevention program born HIV-free
