As the year draws to a close, Integrate Health is pleased to share our 2019 Annual Report with you. This year marks our 15th anniversary, and we’re excited to celebrate the achievements we’ve made so far, which would not have been possible without your support.
Over the last 15 years, Integrate Health has scaled the Integrated Primary Care Approach to over 140,000 Togolese, and together, we are paving the way to make access to quality primary healthcare possible for every person across Togo.
