CommCare Mobile Platform Enhances Patient Care

Thanks to funding from Indigo Trust, Hope Through Health is excited to announce a partnership with social enterprise company Dimagi! We are working together to implement the use of CommCare, a mobile platform, in Togo. CommCare is a customizable mobile platform for cell phones, which will allow HTH to better track and inform patients, collect data, and streamline communications among patients and providers. This new technology will enhance the support patients receive from our Community Health Workers, through more personalized health information and user-friendly tools.
