The Segal Family Foundation hosted its Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City, New Jersey from July 9-10th. The Foundation invites its partners and friends to the Meeting in order to facilitate networking and lively discussions, as well as to honor those who have made substantial impacts in improving the well-being of Sub-Saharan African communities. Hope Through Health was delighted to attend this year’s Meeting and had the chance to take place in the pitch competition, represented by our Co-Founder and Executive Director, Jenny Schechter.
We are very pleased to announce that the Segal Family Foundation has chosen to award $10,000, along with the Audience Favorite Award, to Hope Through Health! This $10,000 will help us support our Community Health Workers in Togo, who are the backbone of our health services. We are incredibly grateful to the Segal Family Foundation and all of our partners for their support!
