Sébastien is a State Certified Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a major in Nursing and Obstetrical Sciences. After a six-month training course at the regional Hospital Center in Kara-Tomdè, he was recruited in February 2018 by the National Agency for Volunteerism for a two-year volunteer mission at the NGO Jourdain-Vie et Santé where he was first a head nurse at the Medico-Social Center “Ma vie” at Lilikopé. In addition to this position, he was Zone Supervisor on the multisectoral Food Security and Resilience Building Program (ProSecAl). Since December 2020, he has held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on the same program covering two regions of activities, namely Maritime and Plateaux, a position in which he had to plan and coordinate the program activities within the NGO. In order to gain more experience and contribute more actively to community development activities, he joined Integrate Health in August 2021 as a Quality Manager.
