Aoussi ran her own workshop as a seamstress but eagerly joined IH as a Community Health Worker in Manga when they partnered with her local clinic in 2018. She values her role in bringing treatment options directly to households so that children can receive preventative care that often reduces their need to travel to the clinic. She has seen a reduction in illnesses within her district since she began working with IH. Although the work is hard, Aoussi finds it extremely fulfilling.
