Bandjan Kourouma

Bandjan Kourouma, born in 1984 in Conakry, is a dedicated and competent Guinean physician. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine odontostomatology at the Gamal Abdel Nasser University in Conakry, where he obtained his Attestation de fin d’études in 2012. Prior to that, he passed his baccalaureate exams with flying colors in 2005 and 2006. Bandjan also has a solid basic education, with a Brevet d’Étude du Premier Cycle obtained at Collège Soundiata Keita in Kouroussa in 2003.

In his professional career, Bandjan has acquired a wide range of experience. He worked as a Contractual Doctor on Duty (CPC) in the Komola CS through the NGO Médecin Sans Frontière (MSF) from February to November 2021. He has also worked as an Investigating Agent for health-related projects, notably on retrospective mortality and community auditing. He was even Supervisor of Community Agents in the active surveillance of Ebola and other diseases with epidemiological potential.

Since July 2023, Bandjan Kourouma has held the position of mentor at Santé Intégrée, drawing on his experience and knowledge as a healthcare professional. Today, in addition to his role as mentor, he continues to actively contribute to improving health in his community and beyond. Outside his career, Bandjan enjoys reading, cinema, and sport. A dedicated professional, he continues to provide valuable medical expertise and support important healthcare initiatives.
