Bili DOUTI has always been attracted to the health professions. Trained as a nurse, this soccer enthusiast holds a doctorate in Nursing Sciences obtained in Yaoundé (Cameroon) in 2018. His first professional steps occurred at the Sylvanus Olympio University Hospital (Lomé, Togo) where he worked in General Surgery from 2004 to 2007 and then in the Prematurity Department from 2007 to 2008. At the Sylvanus Olympio University Hospital, Bili discovered a rich and diversified nursing profession, particularly in terms of the technical care provided to patients, but also and above all in terms of relationships. In 2008, he was assigned to the CHR Tomdè of Kara. He occupied the position of Supervisor of the stomatology-ORL service until 2010 and then that of the trauma service. In the meantime, he became a trainer of trainers at ENAM Kara in 2009. Guided by the thirst for knowledge and discovery, Bili flew to Cameroon in 2012 for a Master’s degree in Nursing. He will be admitted for a PhD in Nursing. Throughout his years of work, Bili has developed expertise in management, nursing education, and research.

Passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring in the three axes of service delivery (preventive, promotional, individual clinical care including curative), Dr. DOUTI joined Integrate Health for the continuous improvement of the quality of care and services in public clinics.
