Stephane is a State-certified nurse and obtained his license in nursing and obstetrics at the ENAM of Kara in 2014. Highly motivated by the work, he started a professional integration internship at CMS Adabawere after receiving his license. After nine months of training, he applied for the recruitment of AED nurses in April 2015. Passionate about a dynamism and the quality he brings to his work, he was promoted to Head Nurse of the AED clinic in October 2015. In this position, he was responsible for coordinating the activities of the infirmary in collaboration with two other nurses in addition to mentoring trainees. In May 2018, Stephane was selected as the Clinical Mentor for the Bassar Health District. As a program mentor, he oversees the implementation of the IH’s activities at the clinical level and ensures the quality of the services offered to the program’s targets in Bassar. He does this work with love and selflessness and ensures that the objectives of the program are achieved.
