Brigitte obtained her Professional License in Health Sciences: Obstetrical Care at the National midwifes school “Ecole Nationale des Sage-femme (ENSF)” in Lomé in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a Midwife at the “Saint Jean de Dieu” Hospital in Afagnan. Passionate about strengthening the health system, she was involved in the project of Strengthening the Health System, Reproductive Health and Sexual Rights (ProSanté) in the Kara region from 2019 to 2020 as a Quality of Service Assistant in the Binah prefecture. She supported the Binah District Management Team in the implementation of the quality approach at the district level. Brigitte joined Integrate Health team in August 2020 as Training Coordinator; she is committed to coordinating the activities of the Community Based Health System Strengthening program and to ensuring that all trainings of the program are done successfully for the success of Integrate Health activities.
