From her status as a former local beverage and soybean vendor, Djilalo now wears the hat of an Integrate Health CHW in her community. Djilalo says she was touched by the NGO’s health system strengthening program and fascinated by the successes of this program in other districts. She felt the call to apply to be trained as a CHW. She wants to put her current knowledge in the field of health at the disposal of her community in order to provide people around her with a better well-being and health. This is Djilalo’s contribution to the development of her community that she loves so much.
