Djariétou joined Integrate Health in 2018 so that she can help improve the lives of other women in her community. Prior to becoming a Community Health Worker, she spent two years of adventure in Coutonou before marrying and raising her two-year-old child back in Koundoum. She has seen a lot of progress already and is able to convince women to see the value in prenatal care thanks to her platform as a Community Health Worker. She believes that women’s health is the key to improving the local economy and looks forward to continuing to learn in this profession. Djariétou hopes to eventually work in the health center so she can continue making an impact on the health of her community.
