Nurse State Diploma (IDE) since 2017, Fidèle has worked successively at two different levels of the health pyramid. He first made these skills and abilities available at the “Tout Est Grâce” Clinic in Kara where, for 23 months, he effectively contributed to taking care of patients from their admission, throughout their hospitalization until their recovery. He then spent 18 months at the Medical Social Center (CMS) of Helota in the health district of Keran, where he had to provide preventive, curative, and promotional care to the communities of the area, especially to children and pregnant women. Fidèle is strongly involved in the planning and implementation of community-based activities for the benefit of the population. Rigor, passion, creativity and a job well done are his motivations to efficiently accomplish the various tasks entrusted to him.

In addition to his experience as a nurse, he has a National First Aid Certificate which allows him to effectively provide a minimum of help and assistance to all people in case of need in order to maintain life. He has a driving license category B (light weight) and is also a soccer referee. He is also a member of the National Association of Nurses of TOGO (ANIIT).

Fidèle currently holds the position of Clinical and Administrative Mentor within the Community-Based Health System Strengthening (CBHSS) program of the NGO Integrate Health in the district of Binah. This position allows him to further deepen his skills while remaining open to the acquisition of new knowledge.
