Essolissam loves accounting and has a keen eye for a job well done. After graduating from high school, he decided to study accounting. His two years (2012-2014) as a cashier-seller at a textile retailer enabled him to acquire important accounting knowledge. He subsequently obtained the Advanced Technician Diploma in 2016 at the Centre de Formation Continue of the University of Lomé.
In 2017, he had the opportunity to learn the workings again at a clinic in Lomé. There, he worked as an Accountant-Cashier for six years in charge of cash management, tax and social security declarations, and the preparation and execution of monthly staff remuneration payments, among other tasks. At the same time, he continued his studies, graduating in 2021 with a degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, d’Informatique et des Sciences (ESGIS-TOGO). Essolissam has held the position of Accounting Assistant at Integrate Health (IH) since November 2023. In this position, his main responsibility is to contribute to the proper management of the organization’s funds for its activities.
