In addition to being a housewife, Essossinam was a peer educator and treasurer of her community’s health management committee. In her spare time, Essossinam led talks with her female peers in the homes and enjoyed playing sports. She has applied to become a CHW to continue her work in her community and plans to become a nurse at the community health center in the future.
