Son of a teacher, Hyppolite grew up in a world far from road transport. After obtaining his A-level in 2012 at College Chaminade in Kara, he fell in love with driving. He then began training in a driving school in Kara, during his holidays “to have fun.” Having appreciated it very much, he became himself an instructor in the same driving school. Attracted by the business world, a construction project of the CIMTOGO factory in Kara offered him in 2014 a six-month internship. At the end of this internship, Hyppolite was retained to drive the company car of the cement plant. Once the construction of the plant wa completed in 2017, CIMTOGO-Kara reappointed him, thanks to the obtaining of his category D driving license in 2016 as a bus driver and a temporary courier. Hyppolite became very interested in Integrate Health afterwards, seduced by the energy emanating from the organization, the investment that his colleagues put at the service of the Togolese public health system for the strengthening of primary health care services. He joined Integrate Health in November 2022 as a Driver.
