After being forced to drop out of school because her parents could no longer afford to send her, Hodalo moved back to her village and got married. Now a mother of three, she decided to apply for a Community Health Worker position to support her family and community. She is proud to see the lives of young children being saved thanks to their services, in addition to an increased rate of women receiving prenatal consultations to help them have safe and healthy pregnancies. As a mother, she feels particularly aligned with the work and has seen incredible progress since Integrate Health partnered with her community.
