Jess Haughton has more than 10 years of experience developing research proposals and implementing community-based research projects. Throughout her career she has worked with local and international community organizations to train and empower community health workers to improve the health and quality of life of their communities. Jess has training in grant writing, implementation science, qualitative research methods, and program planning and evaluation. She earned her Masters in Public Health and Masters in Latin American Studies in 2012 from San Diego State University.
