Kimérialo had to stop her studies after obtaining her bachelor’s degree to start a business. Very quickly, faced with the health problems her community was experiencing, she felt the need to help for their better well-being. She soon applied for the position of CHW with the IH organization in order to be trained to provide quality healthcare to the people of her community. After her initial training, Kimérialo proudly wears her IH CHW vest to provide healthcare to children under five years of age, to monitor pregnant women, women in labor, and vulnerable people in her community for their well-being.
