Senyo has previously worked at Lovely Professional University in India, Techno India University in Ghana, and Quest International University.

After a Bachelor’s degree (2007) and a Master’s degree (2008) in Human Resource Management at the University of Lome, then an IELTS certificate in Ghana in 2010, Senyo was selected for an internship that ended with a contract as a lecturer at Lovely Professional University (India) in 2011. He worked hard, disciplined, was courageous, and sometimes selfless. He was Country Director in charge of Human Resources at Techno India University in Ghana from 2014 to 2019. Since 2019, Senyo was a Training Officer at Quest International University before joining the NGO Integrate Health in December 2021.

Passionate about cultural diversity, knowledge acquisition, and transfer for integral human development, he has written articles on cultural diversity and the importance of training. This passion for culture and racial equality has been recognized by some of the Indian newspapers with whom he has done interviews available online.

Married with children, Senyo enjoys tennis and traveling. He is excited to put the experience he has gained during his professional career to work for his country through the NGO Integrate Health.
