Kondi Ousman Tchalaré

Jan 19, 2022

Ousman has been a communicator and media professional for ten years. He defines himself as a “Swiss Army knife” because he touches on several areas of the communications profession.

Passionate about communication, Ousman obtained his Baccalaureate (option Letters and Philosophy) in 2005. After two years at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences (Department of Geography) of the University of Kara (UK), he found his way by pursuing in 2007 in Dakar (Senegal) studies of journalism and communication at ISEG/CESMI where he obtained a Professional License in Journalism and Communication. Back in Lomé in 2010, Kondi took his first professional steps at Fanga Organization, a local events and artistic management company. Ousman was the Communications and press relations Officer.

In 2011, he met Canadian humanitarian photojournalist Daniel HAYDUCK. The two men decided to work together on behalf of the afp.fr and irinnews.com websites (now thenewhumanitarian.org).

In 2013, while he was a journalist for the Togolese bi-weekly newspaper Golfe Info, he was retained by a program of the United States Embassy in Togo to pursue a specialization in investigative journalism.

Having worked closely in the world of NGOs, Ousman, who was working at the communication and advertising agency Mistigri Global Intelligence Partner based in Lomé as the communication division responsible, joined Integrate Health in December 2021 to contribute to the establishment of a strong communication around a noble cause, that of strengthening the Togolese health system.
