Koudjoukalo has spent her whole life in the Sarakawa area and joined IH’s Community Health Worker team at the age of 20. She wanted to serve her community, and IH’s mission gave her hope for improving the health of her community. She is motivated every day to actively seek out pregnant women and sick children by knowing that she is helping her community and herself by extension. Koudjoukalo finds particular joy from bringing young children back to health. She looks forward to continuing to work with IH and bring health to her community.
