Clémence is 18 years old and the mother of three children. Clémence decided to apply to work for Integrate Health as a CHW because she wants more than anything else to ensure that children under the age of five receive necessary healthcare in case of illness and also to ensure that pregnant women follow up on their pregnancies to avoid home births or childbirth-related complications that could cost them their lives.
