Leila Celestin is an experienced controller and administrator with over 30+ years of extensive international experience working with for profit and not-for-profit organizations in France, Haiti and the United States.
Prior to joining Integrate Health, she worked for a Haiti-based development firm with a focus on communications, business development, and program support. She has helped a number of not-for-profit organizations create and maintain effective fiscal systems and policies, cost-efficient technology systems, and the human resource infrastructure that supports their program, fiscal and operating demands. At Adecco, a leading provider of temporary staffing, permanent placement.in France, as an Accounting Manager, she supervised the overall financial systems for bookkeeping, budgeting, accounting and timely reporting. She also supervised Adecco’s implementation and conversion from AS400 based accounting system to PeopleSoft.
Leila received her accounting degree in Lyon France. She has obtained a number of certificates including most recently USAID Rules and Regulations, Financial Management of USG Funding and Procurement Planning & Execution from Humentum (former Inside NGO).
