Makpaoughaï Tignié Nagnou

Jun 7, 2019

Tignié has lived in Manga for most of her life and became a Community Health Worker in 2018. She works hard to help her community eliminate child mortality due to preventable diseases, and she consults pregnant women about the benefits of prenatal and postnatal healthcare. Having recently given birth, Tignié feels particularly strong about urging women to make the best decision for both themselves and their babies by giving birth at clinics with medical staff to ensure safe deliveries like her own. Her new family is now able to live comfortably thanks to her Community Health Worker position, and she is looking forward to seeing continued progress within her community.
