Mamadou Yaya Diallo

Mamadou Yaya Diallo is a specialist in local governance and community relations with solid experience in partnership management, resource mobilization, and local development. He joined Integrate Health on September 4, 2024 as Public Finance Officer of the BIRCH Project.

Prior to joining Integrate Health, he worked at UNICEF Guinea’s West Zone Office (May 2020 – December 2023) as a Local Governance and Community Relations Specialist, where he led the development and implementation of communication for change strategies, the coordination of field interventions, and the capacity building of local actors in gender-sensitive planning and budgeting.

He has also held several key positions, including Data Entry Operator at the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI), Technical Assistant at Kollet/Tougué Town Hall, Supervisor of the Fight against Malnutrition project at Junior Chamber International Guinea, and Social Mobilization and Community Engagement Officer at the NGO Balai Citoyen.

A graduate in political science, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in international cooperation and humanitarian aid at the Kalu Institute. His skills cover public finance management, local governance, monitoring-evaluation, and resource mobilization for development.
