Mandjou Konaté is a professional with a rich experience of over 7 years in database design, data analysis, and monitoring-evaluation of projects and programs within renowned institutions such as GIZ Guinea, Jhpiego-Guinée, Plan International Guinée, ChildFund Guinée and Fédération Denkadi de Dabola (FDD).

Since June 11, 2018, Mandjou Konaté has held the position of GIZ Expert in Monitoring Evaluation, based in Kindia, of the Reproductive and Family Health Program. His scope of action covers the regions of Kindia, Faranah, Mamou and Labé, with technical support for the PASA2 project. He excels in developing performance frameworks, analyzing data, and rigorously monitoring indicators through the DHIS2 system, thus demonstrating his expertise.

Prior to joining Santé Intégrée in June 2023, Mandjou served as Regional Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research at JHPIEGO Guinea, where he played a vital role in projects focusing on Quality of Health Services and Mother and Child Survival.

He also contributed to Plan International Guinea as Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Officer, overseeing data collection and analysis, and facilitating the implementation of activities in the GUECKEDOU Program Unit.

Mandjou Konaté has a wide range of computer and monitoring-evaluation skills, with particular expertise in the design and analysis of databases in various software applications. His commitment to improving project performance, his proactivity and teamwork make him an essential asset in the field of monitoring-evaluation of development projects and programs in Guinea.
