Nerba’s professional vocation began in high school. Fascinated by the automotive world, he decided to train in this field in his second year of science school. With his driving license (category B) in his pocket, he took a training course which enabled him to obtain, in 2008, a Certificate of professional competence (CAP) in car mechanics. He’s a fast learner. That same year, he began his professional career as a Driver with “Display Environnement Santé” (D.E.S), a company specializing in sanitary and phytosanitary treatments. He spent three years there. In 2012, he became an instructor at a driving school in Lomé. He was in turn recruited by Orabank Togo in 2014, Total Togo in 2018 to transport its staff, and now IH. In 2023, when Integrate Health was looking for a Driver, this shared commitment to working for an organization motivates Nerba to apply. The thirty-year-old was selected and took up his new post in August 2023, determined to connect with the values of the NGO.
