At age, 23 Justine decided to become a Community Health Worker to spread awareness about various health topics in her community and share the gift of good health. In becoming a Community Health Worker, Justine is extremely proud to better serve the children and the families within her community. She feels equipped with resources that allow her to make a substantial impact in her community. Justine is proud that her work has led the majority of women within her community to attend prenatal consultations and to give birth at a clinic with a trained health professional. She hopes to continue to share the knowledge and resources with which IH equipped her with more community members.
