Sylvain has been with IH and AED since 2011, when he was placed with IH via a Togolese volunteer organization, and has remained ever since due to the invaluable work experience he is gaining while supporting IH’s mission. Sylvain credits IH with incredible staff mentorship and leadership, particularly with the support of US-based executives. He believes IH’s provision of free care for pediatrics is an essential component for improving health across Togo, and he looks forward to continuing to aid IH in expanding its services to more communities.
