Nersa Looky Djobo is a seasoned financial leader with over 15 years of experience in global financial planning, analysis, complex financial modeling, and strategic compliance. Known by colleagues for his objectivity, integrity, accountability, and commitment to excellence, Nersa consistently drives organizational growth while mitigating financial risk through innovation, adaptability, and strong fiscal stewardship.
As the Global Financial Controller at Integrate Health, Nersa leads financial planning and management across international teams. He oversees the consolidation of budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages financial operations in the U.S. and partner countries. His responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, managing banking relationships, and optimizing financial systems to enhance organizational performance. With deep expertise in accounting and financial reporting, Nersa prepares consolidated reports, supports audits, and ensures compliance with GAAP, IRS standards, and donor requirements. He also provides strategic oversight for grants and contracts, ensuring financial accuracy and donor alignment. A strong advocate for capacity building, he supports country finance teams through training and technical guidance in financial systems and procedures.
Prior to joining Integrate Health in May 2025, Nersa served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Ipas, where he played a key role in aligning financial strategy with organizational goals. He also held senior leadership roles at Pathfinder International, leading budgeting and reporting functions, improving cost recovery, and strengthening donor compliance across a global portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held finance and operational leadership positions at the World Resources Institute in Central Africa and FHI 360, where he conducted global compliance reviews and spearheaded capacity-building initiatives.
Nersa holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of the District of Columbia. He is fluent in English and French.
Outside of work, Nersa enjoys playing soccer, following sports talk shows, and spending quality time with his family.
