Nicole TAFEBE is a Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience acquired in Ivory Coast. She graduated from the Institute of Arts and Crafts of the city of Brussels (Belgium) in 1991, and has benefited from several trainings in management and development of Human Resources. She started her career at Access Telecom in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, where, for 7 years, she learned the basics of the Human Resources function, before joining the subsidiaries of the oil group Addax and Oryx in Ivory Coast, first as Human Resources Manager, then as Director. She then continued her career at Manutention Africaine Ivory Coast, a branch of the JAD CATERPILLAR dealer network in West Africa.
Nicole TAFEBE is a HR Director in contact with the field and at the heart of her teams. She likes to be close to her employees because “knowing your teams allows a certain agility.” For her, a manager must listen to her employees and adapt her speech in line with the group’s strategic project. Her role as HRD pushes her to promote her teams and to help them in the progression of their skills.
