Prior to joining Integrate health as a Community Health Worker, Philomène was a general food trader. At the same time, she was also a volunteer teacher with the NGO COMPASSION in a neighboring village. This passion she has for her children made her apply when IH came recruiting CHWs in her community. She cares about the welfare of the children in her community. Her former occupation with the NGO COMPASSION makes Philomène the right person to carry out this noble mission that the organization embodies.
