Sangbana Eric Sansan

Apr 18, 2018

Eric has lived his whole life in Sarakawa and works as a motorcycle taxi driver in the community when he is not transporting patients with IH’s rural tricycle ambulance program. Prior to becoming a IH ambulance driver, he served as the primary motorcycle taxi driver for patients being referred from the Sarakawa health center to referral hospitals in Kara. Eric is well known in the community with a proven track record of being empathetic, respectful, and well-liked by patients and clinical staff. Working as an ambulance driver is Eric’s first time working in health, and he looks forward to reinforcing IH’s programming in the community by providing free and lifesaving medical transport for women and children in his community.
