She obtained her diploma in community health care from the Kankan School of Community Health Care, which marked the start of her career as a nurse. However, her passion for community development led her to continue her studies and enroll at the Institut Supérieur de Formation à Distance (ISFAD), where she is currently studying for a degree in Community Development.

Over the years, Sia Eugénie has acquired extensive experience in the field of community health and development. She has worked as a field agent for various organizations, including the Catholic Organization for Human Promotion (OCPH CARITAS Guinée) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Her responsibilities included supervising community health workers, organizing malaria prevention campaigns, collecting and managing data, and coordinating awareness-raising activities.

In addition to her work in the field, Sia Eugénie also pursued ongoing training to enhance her skills. She has obtained certifications in sustainable development, data collection, and project management. Her in-depth knowledge of project management and community mobilization makes her a versatile professional capable of leading large-scale development initiatives.

Her commitment is not limited to her professional career. She has demonstrated a constant willingness to share her skills and knowledge with others. In July 2023, she joined the Santé Intégrée organization as a mentor. With this new responsibility, she can now guide and support other team members, helping to build capacity and create a continuous learning environment.

Outside work, Sia Eugénie finds time for her interests, which include reading, research, sport and travel. Her ability to ride a motorcycle on difficult trails reflects her determination to overcome obstacles and go beyond her comfort zone to achieve her goals.
