She has worked as a field agent for various organizations, including the Catholic Organization for Human Promotion (OCPH CARITAS Guinée) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Her responsibilities included supervising community health workers, organizing malaria prevention campaigns, collecting and managing data, and coordinating awareness-raising activities.
In addition to her work in the field, Sia Eugénie also pursued ongoing training to enhance her skills. She has obtained certifications in sustainable development, data collection, and project management. Her in-depth knowledge of project management and community mobilization makes her a versatile professional capable of leading large-scale development initiatives.

In July 2023, she joined the Santé Intégrée organization as a mentor.
