Sinam decided to join Integrate Health because of the ambitious program she heard about to help reduce the death rate of children under five and pregnant women in her community. Before being trained to become a CHW, Sinam was a housewife and spent her free time doing field work and taking care of her children. Sinam’s wish is to contribute to the goals of the organization to enable it to achieve its results.
