Tina’s primary and secondary schooling took place in her hometown of Kanté. After high school, she followed a professional training at CIB-INTA Kara. In 2018, she completed a training course in the said professional center. She returned in 2019 for a new internship at Integrate Health (IH) this time, and in Monitoring and Evaluation. At the end of her internship at IH, Tina continued her learning of the professional world with a new internship at the “Mutuelle Femme Epargne et Crédit.” In 2021, the “Union des Mutuelles d’Epargne et du Crédit du Togo” contacted her for yet another internship. She was finally recruited at the end of the year by Integrate Health as a Data entry operator. In this capacity, she led actions aimed at transmitting the NGO’s data promptly to the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Improvement team.
