Zebele THEA joined Santé Intégrée as Finance Manager on May 5, 2025, with solid experience in administrative and financial management acquired within several international NGOs. Thanks to his expertise and rigorous organizational skills, he plays a strategic role in the financial management of Santé Intégrée projects, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency of operations.
Before joining Santé Intégrée, Zebele THEA held key positions in various humanitarian and development organizations. In particular, he was :
– Finance and Operations Officer at Democracy International
– Grants Finance Manager at Catholic Relief Services (CRS)
– Finance and Support Services Manager at Sightsavers
– Administrative and Financial Manager at Plan International Guinée
– Financial controller and accountant on several projects financed by international donors such as the Global Fund and USAID.
Over the course of his career, he has overseen budgets, financial planning, audit management, grant monitoring, as well as training and coaching financial teams. He has also contributed to the optimization of accounting systems and compliance with donor regulatory requirements.
Zebele THEA holds a Master 1 in administrative, accounting and financial management from the OTC Science Campus in Burkina Faso, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting management from the Université Général Lansana Conté in Sonfonia (Conakry). He enriched his training with certifications in professional English and business computing in Accra, Ghana.
In addition to his technical skills in finance, he is proficient in professional software such as SAP, Sun System, Insight, and Microsoft Office tools, notably advanced Excel. Thanks to his versatility, leadership and analytical skills, he contributes fully to Santé Intégrée’s strategic objectives.
