Zarifou Ouro-Longa

Holder of a professional Bachelor degree in Health Science, option Nursing and Obstetrics obtained in 2016 at ENAM Kara -Togo, Zarifou worked as a state nurse at the Medical-Social Center of Atchangbadè from September 2016 to April 2017 and then as a state nurse at CHP Kouka from May to October 2017 before being appointed head nurse of the health center in Koutière. Zarifou joined Integrate Health in September 2019 as a Clinical Mentor in Dankpen District, where he worked as a head nurse. This position, held before joining the organization’s Community-Based Health Program team, makes him a routine part of the program and mentoring system implemented by the organization. This allows him to easily fulfill his ambition to collaborate with the Dankpen team (Community Health Workers and service providers) to raise the level of indicators for health facilities that are suffering and to achieve the objectives set by the employer. Zarifou works to ensure the continuity of free care in the four health centers for which he is the clinical mentor with quality in order to allow the integration and extension of the program to the remaining district’s health facilities.
