As Hope Through Health celebrates a milestone anniversary this year, we are filled with gratitude for all those who have supported us over the past ten years. Hope Through Health began with a few American and Togolese individuals coming together to address the acute AIDS crisis in northern Togo. Over the past ten years, many more American and Togolese communities have joined our growing family. Together we have provided lifesaving care to thousands and built and sustained one of the most effective healthcare organizations in West Africa.
