Kolawolé IBITOYE received his Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and Organization at the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in human resources management including recruitment, administrative management, management performance and skills, training management, forecasting of jobs and skills, and salary processing. During that time he worked as an HR Assistant at Cabinet Consult Services Synergie, HR Manager at L & D Shipping, HR Assistant at ORAGROUP SA, and finally as the Head of Human Resources at CAMEG TOGO. Aimé Kolawolé joined Integrate Health in September 2018 as their Human Resource Manager.
