Huberta Welbeck

Jun 2, 2022

A solid education, coupled with a strong will and a good dose of diplomacy, make Huberta a shooting star. She holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and an MBA in Health Economics from the prestigious African Center for Advanced Studies in Management (CESAG) in Dakar (Senegal).

Born in Lomé, she grew up in the Togolese capital city near her parents. She soon found her vocation: a love for science that she contracted on the benches of the College Augustin Planque of Lomé. In 2012, she went to Senegal to study pharmacy. Back in Togo, in 2020, where health needs are still important, Huberta practised her profession of pharmacist with empathy, rigour, and patience. Closer to her family, her friends, and in an ideal climate, Doctor WELBECK started her job at the Hygea drugstore.

The pharmacists now have missions beyond the dispensing of medicines. Huberta’s role as a pharmacist expanded, helping to improve and coordinate local care. This shift corresponded to her vision of the performance of the profession of pharmacist, especially in Togo where many particularities are related to health. She has a great interest in social issues and did not hesitate to join Integrate Health in order to help reach the objectives of the organization.
